All About Guinness

I ride a pure black pony called Guinness! He is about 6 years old and has a mane so long I can't see his leg! He used to be a Cart Horse before he came to Laurel view and only knows straight lines and walk and trot, so you really have to steer him and ask really firmly for canter. Guinness can jump quite high and he jumps way bigger than the jump! Last night in Horse Riding, we were doing a jumping exercise and when Jacqui was explaining how to do it, Guinness started walking backwards and nearly crashed into the horse behind us. When it was my turn I got Guinness into canter and he flew over the jump and suddenly Jacqui said to bring him over to her!?! Jacqui started patting Guinness quite hard and telling him what a good boy he was and that he's a star!?!! then she told me that Guinness neck strap was in his mouth and he couldn't stretch his neck out properly and shouldn't have even walked forward let alone jump!
